Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Time

Due to high demand and fulfillment logistics, please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery after your order has been processed.

While many orders arrive sooner, shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Vuropa is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost, delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.
